I lost a lot of weight and I'm really looking into ways to reduce the loose skin, I've still got quite a bit and would like to get rid of some but I'm afraid of surgeries so that's not really an option right now.
I'm 19 and have a very healthy diet and take care of my body. Does anyone else have any experience surrounding this topic?
