which of these two areas should I learn first? - raggaescience - Apr 24, 2019
I'm torn between learning wireless network hacking and web hacking.
Which order would you recommend more after I earn prereqs to start hacking:
- Learning wireless hacking and web dev at the same time and then web hacking
OR
- Learning web dev basics, then web hacking, then wireless?
Which of the two orders would be a better start to you? I'm equally interested in both.

Personally I think wireless hacking is easier and can be "learned" in a weekend or so - the basics. Just need the right hardware.
I'd ask - what are you more passionate about, and start there.

I am passionate about all areas of hacking. I probably like web hacking the most but I figure maybe I could learn wireless attacks while I am learning web development or making a basic website or something.
The WiFi Pineapple definitely looks cool.

Wireless hacking is only really useful if you want to steal someones internet...
Go webdev and then add on to that knowledge with the wireless

started with dev basic, then more advanced and now im into hacking

I recently started to do wifi's and you can litterly steal everything from other users on the internet.
emails passwords etc.

Go read some write ups at hackerone from some bugbounties. Wifi hacking is "touche" and boring, trust me.
So go for web application hacking, I have books that you can have on that subject if you want, just hit me up in PM.
