They say it's only for adult industry members, so may verify this. Just add the step "start doing porn" before "sign up" in the instructions. It's also possible they don't verify and you can just lie during registration, although in some countries they do have systems to track who works in such industries and who doesn't so they may check this in which case "start doing porn" would be required. If this is the case it'd probably be easier to get into gay porn, plus it pays more.

I do but what you are asking for is illegal in my country and would require compensation. As well I have morals and only target services / web applications which have good reason to be exploited.
Finding somebody to do this, who is able to, is not an easy task and generally costly. You have about a 90% rate of people attempting to scam for this type of service you are looking for as well, so be careful
