If the phones not jail broken you're not going to have any luck because the apps need to be signed by apple to work. It's not like a pc where you can just download anything and run it.

@OP just as he wrote you need to get your apps being signed if you want to run on a iphone. So the way you could approach that is that you design an app and get it trusted then after some while you implement a malware. May you even filter a specific user for this action. However thats some work but probably the way you could get it working.
