Looking to see if anyone knows of ways to make money with a VPS this powerful,

And just so you guys know it's a Google Cloud VPS (Debian OS).

Start a cheap hosting company, get some clients and run a control panel.

Install cPanel, install CloudLinux and CageFS.
There's your server. Capable of holding plenty of clients. Just standard shared hosting yes but it will still yield an income if you have any kind of marketing skills.

No, just sell budget hosting. It should yield some form of revenue, probably not much though.
