Here’s why your question of “best rat” is wildly invalid: not all rats have the same features; would you like a rat with a hVNC? WebMonitor doesn’t have that. So you wouldn’t get WebMonitor if it didn’t have features you didn’t want.
You want something that doesn’t ban? Most paid rats ban but I’m sure some don’t, you wouldn’t buy one who’s banning users though right? Do you see where I am going with this..?
There is no best rat, there’s just a best rat for you. You cannot ask this question and get a stable answer, as some members will say quasar and others may say #, I’ve even seen people suggest nanocore (you should not use it though.) the best rat is based on preference

im trying to use one for keylogging,hacking and just a couple thing hoping to not get banned as well
