Gold 1 right now and the number of games lost due to others d/cing or just straight up trolling (kaisa mid, caitlyn top, zoe adc) is insane. I play mid so someone smurfing in any other role would be great!

Just try to climb on your own. Platinum is probably the worst elo at the moment.
Gold is better. People in platinum act as if they knew the game well, but in fact they are all worse than the average gold player.
