Graduating! - N1ghtm4re - May 8, 2019

For those of you who know me, you'd know that I dropped out of High School a few months before Graduating, started a full time job 40+ hours a week, and was providing for my family for a long while when my mother was hospitalized due to a brain aneurysm and stroke.

But today I'm happy to announce to everyone hehehe that I finished all of my missing classes in Adult School today and I'll be graduating Next Friday! It's been a long time coming, I've been in school again for about a Year now and It's been a whole lot of work trying to balance it with everything else I've got going on but I got it done!

If I can do it, I hope it motivates anyone else here who hasn't gotten their paper work to go get yours!!

I know this isn't as fancy as winning $10k+ or something but It's a big achievement for me, and I feel very accomplished and good about myself.

I feel like a New Man.

Thank you Everyone!

🤝

Thank you Deal, I am! I've never felt more proud. It was very disappointing having to watch my friends graduate without me back in 2017 but well I still got it done for myself is what really matters!

Right on man, it takes true willpower to go back to something so many people hated at a young age. I hope you have pride in your accomplishments. Whats next?

Congrats brother, this is a huge step in life. Sure you didn't win $10,000 but you got up in the morning and completed something you worked hard for. I don't know if this means anything, but I'm proud of you.

It comes a lot coming from you, I've actually got a lot of Respect for you Thornzzz! Thank you for the kind words. Getting up early everyday to go sit at a desk for hours doing nothing but packets of work was exhausting, but I'm glad I stuck to it and got the job done.
