So let me get this straight. You want to create a cap file for your network I am guessing? Well there are many ways you could try one of them would be to use wireshark or you try the 100+ tools from kali linux. Numerous tutorials here and on youtube on how to do this. You might also require compatible equipment such as a wifi usb adapter that supports monitoring mode?

Edit: For kali linux check airmon-ng, airodump-ng tools or wifite if you are not into the command line.
