Try zippyshare. From what I can remember it doesn't scan the file.

host it on your own website maybe? Make sure you didn’t use real information making the server though.

If it was this hard that you had to create a thread about it, why not give it a shot? Its as simple as buying the cheapest server from digitalocean.com, installing apache2 and moving the file into the www directory.

Start with googling how to setup a server and where you do so (I suggest digitalocean.com). After that look up some information on how to setup a webserver on the OS you use (Ubuntu most of the time on digitalocean).

Another way is to zip/rar your file and put a password on it, so the file will be encrypted and won't be detected as much. Then when someone downloads it you give them the password and they can run it.
