Program to Blackout a screen? - Sora Taokaya - May 15, 2019
The title is self explanatory, is there any program, like a simple executable that will blackout someones screen when ran.

Well if its your screen that its locking then no, because you won't be able to see it. But if its someone else's screen then yes, it doesn't block out TCP connections. Only the visible picture elements on the monitor.
