Fortnite ping still high after I upgraded my internet - RooshV - May 24, 2019
I recently upgraded my internet to the highest plan Comcast has which is 1000 download speeds and my ping in game is still at 50-60. How is my ping so high if I have the best internet I can buy? It’s wired into the modem.

3rd world problems. It’s not just internet speeds but router load along with the server load

Ping is pretty dependent on your location in regards to the servers as well.

upgrade router/modem. If you did that and its still slow then upgrade your ethernet cable to a cat6 or fiber. And if both of those dont work then you could take it to the more extreme and change service providers to something ig more locally better ???
