Rotating domains is the lazy way of doing things. You will be buying or selling domains like crazy if you do that way. Also your server ip will become blacklisted very easily. Which you will be buying a lot of those too.

Yup my point exactly, it doesn't take long for them to get the domains blacklisted. If they would have configured their stuff correctly they wouldn't have gone down already. They also need to know that their register will take the domains if ICANN doesn't already rip their traffic down since they control all domains.
