Prowl | Filesystem Crawler & FTP Uploader - Tostig - May 26, 2019 So, this is an old project I found on my drive while looking through my old things. Here is the main screen: ![]() Basically how this functions, is that you fill in your FTP information in the first panel, and then go to this screen: ![]() Select the initial directory to begin crawling for files, and then right click -- > new profile. Here you can select files of a certain type to upload to your FTP server... For example, if I know for a fact that my friend has a research paper and I would want to, I don't know, plagiarize it from him and turn it in first? I would configure my FTP server and set the selected extensions as .doc and .docx, and just get him to run it somehow. Silently, every single .doc and .docx file from his system (starting at the initial directory) will be uploaded to your FTP server. You could use this for anything. Here's the source code, read it and build it yourself, feel free to add stuff to it. I think my initial intention was to sell this years ago, but I'll release it and the source code in spite of that. This is outputs a stub built via CodeDOM and has helper classes to get the job done. More than 5 lines. RE: Prowl | Filesystem Crawler & FTP Uploader - Alpha_Coder - May 31, 2019 Good job, btw if you upload it on github it would be better 🤝 |
