PHP Warning: Modules already loaded - Lante - Jun 3, 2019

Since I've moved to a new VPS, all my php-based web pages throw this error into my error log file:

Code
[29-May-2019 12:06:45 UTC] PHP Warning:  Module 'PDO' already loaded in Unknown on line 0
[29-May-2019 12:06:45 UTC] PHP Warning:  Module 'pdo_sqlite' already loaded in Unknown on line 0
[29-May-2019 12:06:45 UTC] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/sqlite.so' - /opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/sqlite.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
[29-May-2019 12:06:45 UTC] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/pdo_mysql.so' - /opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/pdo_mysql.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

I somewhat understand that 2 modules are seemingly being loaded from two locations, but I wouldn't know where to browse to and what lines to comment or remove to resolve this. Any advice?

That must be a problem from your php.ini check for any duplicates

Yeah that's how far Googling it got me, but I'm no php.ini master to see what could be incorrect, and in the 1600 lines there is nothing that is a literal duplicate.

You’re looking for load_module xxx.so
Search for xxx.so in your file.
In your case it’s pdo.so or it might be named a little different

Search "extension =" in your php.ini
Remove duplicates
Restart apache
