Windows 10 Rollback - overlord32 - Jun 11, 2019
Tried rolling back to windows ver. 1809 but it says I don't have to files to rollback anymore.
Any ways to recover those files so I can roll back?

If you upgraded to 1903 and the Windows.Old files are gone, your only hope of going back easily is to restore from a backup that you have on an external hard drive or cloud backup service.
