How would I make this website idea? And how much would it genuinely cost?

I need a home page that shows off what we do..
And then I need a tab that somebody can set up as a reseller..
With that being said, everytime somebody makes a purchase, they would have a wallet that they could withdraw their % from

This website will not do automatic performances, it will just take the money..
and I manually do the job per task..

So you want a webshop with a referral-system right?
Get fast hosting (never use godaddy for anything), install wordpress + woocommerce (check youtube-tutorials) and use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-affiliates/ .
You can probably set this up yourself (look for a fitting theme/design on themeforest) or pay someone from Fiverr to do it for you, raging anywhere from 50$ to 1000$+.

I think just the theme configuration on server and linking with domain will not execute the affiliate process.
Better need to consult first and initiate further, Interested to discuss on same
