It does not work with celebrity accounts, of course.
I have tried it on accounts with about 3 mil snapscore, works fine.
Featured accounts were harder to take down, but also worked in the end.

Not really.
There is a way to get your account back, but it's not very easy. The method for that is out here somewhere. I personally don't have it.

It works 95% of the time on personal accounts (non-celebrity, non-featured).

You follow simple steps.
It involves contacting support, but all you have to do is copy-paste.
