Just started watching it, seems fun but nothing too crazy, kinda confused by the watch order but i started with 2012 reboot. But for the past year it's literally everywhere in anime community, what gives?

The only manly thing you've ever done is tag team those slut waifu's with me.
Jojo's is the perfect anime.
Very few other shows let you instantly know they're trash. Saves you a lot of time watching them.

Part 1 sucks but besides that the show is pretty good. Also the 2012 isn't a reboot they just didn't get to making an anime until that time. The watch order is not confusing it goes part 1 part 2 and so on

Part 1 - Boring & slow to get into, but essential, as the other parts somewhat focus on it.
Part 2 - Fun and enjoyable. A bit boring at times. OP protags as well. Connected to part 1 to a degree.
Part 3 - First introduction to 'Stands'. Not connected to Harmon at all, but also connected to part 1.
Part 4 - Second part with pure Stands. No Harmon at all. Nice mention and addition of old characters from older parts. Different art style from the first parts.
Part 5 - Ties into all other parts except part 2. Really good. Nice art style.
Overall, the anime community loves it for its art style, quality of plot, sound design (mostly the ost and openings) and because it's "manly".
