New MoTM Automation - Omniscient - Jul 1, 2019

We have decided to automate the MoTM. It is now based on the months most Popular member (Popularity points).

The winner will be granted the award on the first of each month. You cannot win it twice. Winner will get a PM notification and also a thread will be created by Help Bot.

First winner thread:

I suggest members grant Popularity to new members that contribute great content to the site and help others.

Thank you.

Interesting. This might encourage members to gain some popularity.
Let's see.

Yes.

So goodluck to you lol, anyone who already has a lot most likely won’t get this award... ever.

actually he could instantly win if he asked people to turn their -reps on him into +rep

It’s one winner per month sir. No way to “instantly win”

Let me know how that is going to work since you can't delete the pops given.

That doesn't change original date of Pop given which means it's not within the past month.

Edit: I guess it’s not really any different than before. And you can’t really abuse it since it’s based on rep date. After thinking about it, this actually works out pretty well. Over the initial hype, I think this will be good for newer, less known members.

It can still be abused if people delete the rep and rep again.

EDIT: nvm didn't see omni's reply above you
