Linking UID - Current Username - Hulk - Jul 10, 2019
Hey.
I've seen lots of posts where someone mentions someone's name and when I searched for it, nothing came out.
If someone wants to mention someone's name and put in the UID with a link, it would display the current username even if it was changed in the past.
It can be used to mention someone, give credits to someone or pretty much anything, but the username would be up to date.
Example code: [uid]4255494[/uid] (just an example, anything would do)
Result: Hulk
Linked user profile could also be colorized according to the current color it has.
Now, I don't know how hard would that be to make, if others would find this useful and if it's too heavy for the server if it has to do that each time it's loaded.
This was just a suggestion. Personally, I'd love to see this implemented.

I'm pretty certain there is a userscript that does this for you, I could be wrong.

This is a good suggestion imo, there should already be a MyBB plugin for this.

Probably wouldn't be all that hard since the logic is already in the contracts. Would it be implemented? I am assuming not.
