Title. I am getting tired of these russian script kiddies and other types of cheaters I encounter in games. Need a way to deal with them. I am not asking for a method or anything to be given to me for free. Just asking if it's actually possible or am I looking for something that doesn't exist or it's impossible. Thanks.

I dont think its possible anymore since Valve added relays.
