I can offer a vouch copy for 200k modded credits, although I can't do the pre-modded accounts as they're pretty hard to come by.

UPDATE!
I'm very limited on inheritor accounts, although the credits service I offer is still available.
I am now able to offer REMOTE RECOVERY services, meaning account recovery is no longer required. All I need is your gamertag. The credits service (and inheritor service) can be completed within a matter of minutes depending on the inactivity of your account. Feel free to contact me for more info.
