I live in poor eastern european country that got banged hard during WW2
lets say its czech but its irrelevant
The city im located is somewhat big considering biggest cities in this country...
But the area i live is so far from city center and its divided for normal wageslaves (living in apartments with neighbors) and stand alone houses for idk but seems like a little bit better earning people. There are some small forests between the buildings.
And the area here is not really advanced. its not like city center with huge buildings, skycrapers, shops open 24/7, huge streets with a lot of activity its just small area as far as possible from city centre with many forests
(QUESTION)
How the heck do i know where are cameras in this area or how many of them are here? Is it possible some gov cameras are so well masked that you wont see them?
Maybe im just paranoid and there are no cameras at all but I assume there has to be some monitoring going on right? There was a murder in this area (dontknow where though, but this neighbourhood somewhere) including rape and the murderer wasnt caught. I dont want to do anything stupid like that but that kinda says there are not many cameras but this is stupid thinking.
In your opinion how many cameras are in this neighbourhood? I think the stand alone houses can have a lot of cameras cuz ppl dont want others to ruin their property, and shops, and buses,and cars, but these are cameras belonging to people, not to goverment (maybe except buses).

nobody is going to be able to tell you how many cameras there are where you live because you gave no information?

well if you told me how to check it i would check it myself. also i googled this city name + cameras and nothing was found in this area. but police station says there are at least 3

Unless you're in a public area, there's not likely to be government monitoring. If the place is a hotspot for police intervention, then sure maybe.

It really depends, You should read archives of news articles regarding X country if they've implemented security cameras ever.
