Each time I close my eyes I just feel like I'm swaying.
It's very small from side to side, from left to right just a little bit but I think it's a bit noticeable if someone focus on me a lot.
It starts from head, move to legs and body, I think it also makes it worse and triggers it when I do deep breath, I go like from back to front so weird.
Sometimes I start moving a bit more but I think that's just me thinking about this so much.
This doesn't really happen in bad, only when I'm sitting or standing.
You guys ever had this too?

Only when I'm drunk or high, it doesn't sound healthy if you are not, did you plan to go to the doc ?

For year and half maybe.
2-3 years ago I also had that when I closed me eyes, I had no control if someone is watching me so I had to hide myself to prevent this from happening otherwise I would be in extreme tension.
If I wouldn't do that, I would sit and close my eyes for example in class (school) where everyone can see me, my hand or legs had weird uncontrollable shakes like from right and again to the same position.
I always hid the fact, it shaked like I'm stretching and cracking my bones.
I never go to the doctor unless it's completely wrong, I've been to doctor 3 times and they always said I'm okay that it's mostly likely stress and I don't want to go here again, hear the same thing.

I drink some h2o, usually 500-800ML every hour or two. (6.7 - 27 Ounces)
