Is it still possible to access my gta account and transfer it to a new xbox one account? My original account is permanently banned for tampering.

I don't use GTA on console (at least anymore ) nor do I have an Xbox but I'm pretty sure GTA accounts are tied to the Xbox account and not the social club.

What were you doing if you don't mind me asking?
I quit playing GTA on xbox because it is just such a grind.
