Exploit.in (and few more russian forums) are cooperating with Security Service of Ukraine, 17.07.19.
Those who often use this forum, consider whether you need it or not.
All confirmations are available in Telegram (Russian language only).
There is a lot of information, so it can be difficult to translate everything (but you can try to do it by yourself wth translator to understand at least something), but if you sell/buy smth on this forum I can provide proofs IN PMs.
I WARN you if you did not know about it yet. There are no more real admins. They were taken down, but new admins behind their nicknames are trying to hide it.

Exploit.in jabber is not safe too. There were plenty of jabber servers, that stored logs at the beginning of 2019:

The meaning is this: they do not recommend using the exploit forum and other Russian forums in particular. The forum database is merged, and the forum administration is involved in cooperation with authorities.
