Well, what do you do?
I tend to stay up for a bit, as I have a hard time sleeping at night..
But never know quite what to do.. Any suggestions? Or what do you do?
And no.. I don't want to know that you fap.. I want better answers than that..

I just close my eyes and try to sleep again. Being as comfortable as possible also helps.

Trying to focus on not trying to focus on sleeping because if i focus on trying to sleep ill just focus on not thinking wich makes me think of something that will make me not sleep. Np.

If I have work in the morning I take sleeping pills, otherwise I will lay there for 2-3 hours before finally falling asleep.

Normally, would try to stay away from my phone. Sometimes I would watch random boring youtube videos on my phone to help bore me to sleep.

I typically go downstairs to drink some milk, then check my phone for 20 minutes then reset
