Is there any way to add a backdoor to a C++ source and compile it, so the backdoor binds to the compiled binarie?

Pretty simple, hollow out an area that isnt necessary, or add additional data.
MD5 Will change though.

you can use URLDownloadToFile to download file from a remote server, now you can either execute it from memory or save it in the disk then run it.

Effective way to do this will be directly modifying the CRT or you can go a bit step further and patch the linker to do the magic for you
