Medical issues are difficult to Google accurately - debian - Sep 16, 2019
Growing up, when you had any type of medical issues you would Google it.
Now maybe you got older and you now accurately self diagnose yourself with things like anxiety from your chest pain instead of freaking out.
If you Google chest pain at all, unless you're Googling something super specific, you're going to find all types of "OH GOD YOU'RE PROBABLY DYING" type sh*t.
As we get older, we learn more about our own bodies and need to ask Google less and less.
This is why it's so important to seek and listen to advice from older people.

Every time I looked up my symptoms, I was told without a shadow of a doubt that death was coming for me. Having access to so much info can really be the worst thing we can have.

I've actually found the opposite to be honest. I haven't experienced the whole "x symptom = death", I've really only found what doctors diagnosed me with once I referenced it with them

I totally agree i used to google everything, but sometimes that was not the right answer, i tend to ask people who have either experienced it or is currently going through it.

I have terrible anxiety and as much as I try to believe that its just in my head it just doesn't work.
My ex really f*cked me up in my head to where I was in NYC not to long ago and met these bitches in a bar. So we leave the bar to go smoke a blunt and go figure here is my anxiety just ramming me up my ass. I was just shaking OD and couldn't talk properly and the whole time I'm telling myself its in my head but it really couldn't be controlled. Literally was never like this, and now after my gf of 4 years left, my anxiety just shoots through the roof..

I've seen it so many times, been there myself. You just have to get away from certain people in your life. The Vampires will eat you alive man. Not just chicks, but guys also, chicks are the worst for men though. Just learn how to say no and practice being solitary. It really works. Maybe seek a shamans way and look into the plants bro, just google it but make your own mind up, like the OP says never google medical advice :)

I Google plenty of health stuff so that when I go the doctor I'm not clueless about what we're talking about.
