How is your conversion rate any fault of the traffic seller? Isn't it up to you to convert the traffic that you get? If you got 3 sales out of 400 views, that doesn't sound like there's any problems with the traffic.

Presumably being able to bring in "HQ" traffic and unable to convert them seems odd.
