Q: Which countries are we going to target?
A: You can target any country you want, but keep in mind that tier 1 counties like USA, UK, Canada are most difficult because most of the people try to target those!
Q: What do I need to start?
A: If you want to combine both methods you will need a Kali Linux server (recommended) or VM if you have good spec’s and internet speed and a windows server 2012 it would be the best! (I can recommend the one I use)

Yes, you can get admin rdp! the ones with no admin you can use a exploit to create admin users!
