Hi wanted to know how to do so a specific phone would change IMEI every startup or something like that, i dont know if its right subject thread but please help me i want to learn how to do that

I think it's called spoofing and if you have an android device you need to root it

You'll have to use a rooted Android device and any app regarding EMEI :P

as everyone has mentioned just root your device and poke around you can change more than IMIE numbers with root and go even deeper into models and build ids
