Hello All,
When i try to download from below command i simply get connection refused. Is there anything i have to enable on my firewall or router level ?

The problem comes from the server :

Thanks Hackoo i have tried but sadly i am getting Connection Timeout error. May be author server is not accepting any connections. i will keep on trying :)
