What prevents someone from giving you an infected file? Not saying we all do that but some butthole would and will, go check out GitHub you can look at some open source tools and Denial Of Service is not hacking it's like intending on destroying a toilet then putting your head in a toilet and flushing till it over flows and claiming victory.

As the guy above said, you shouldn't be trusting people to give you non infected files. You should be downloading the from reputable websites - maybe not a RAT but Kali LInux comes with plenty of tools to play with all built in, it's a massive timesink though.

I mean you could start by installing the kali Linux destribution.
It comes with quite alot of tools preinstalled.

Such hackpacks may look tempting, but on the whole they are just collections of public programs. You might want to pick the programs you need yourself. Many programs in such packs are going to be backdoored. So you should only run such programs in Sandboxie / VM if you use a hackpack.
