Hello,
I have PDF of a scanned document and I need that in word so I can in future edit text on it.
The scanned document has form (tables and some weird font format).....
I need 99.99% it to be the same.

There are literally dozens of sites that can do this for you:

There's no need to pay someone for this.
However, if it was scanned as an image and put inside a PDF you can have some luck converting it to text using any of the following tools:

https://online2pdf.com/convert-jpg-to-doc
https://www.onlineocr.net/

Yup I know but this but it won't be that easy.
ALL this "converters" detect text but noon of them won't detect table and properly font type and size.
