It is a Comand line tool I hope it works for you.

It should be noted that this tool has a single bug. you should not obfuscate the variables within the % sign.
How is it used?
you create a batch with the following line:

BatchCript.bat -e (name of your batch to obfuscate) or use -d (I never finished it :v)

Now the bug I commented a while ago, I will give you an example:
If they obfuscate the %m% part, the code will not run:
