To infect a computer using a server created with .NET RAT/Crypter , does the computer need to have all versions of .NET Framework installed (2.0/3.5/4.x) or just the latest version? (4.8)

If your crypter is 4.0 then you need 4.0 (pre-installed on win8 + win8.1 + win10)
If your crypter is 2.0 then you need 2.0 (pre-installed on win7)
