paypal is a bitch lol but yeah once they perm limit one of your accounts you'll never be able to have another "legit" account. you'll always be at risk of perm limitation as soon as you get a chargeback and paypal investigates your acc. then just rinse and repeat unfortunately.

Just had a lot of transactions I am pretty sure the AI banned me I spent hours and days
fb messanger emailing and on the phone. I was able to get unbanned shortly to get banned again.

Perm ban I said fugg them and trying to not go back to them.

I'd just call support a few more times over the next couple weeks and see if you can get someone who's a little more sympathetic. It really comes down to sweet talking support. I've gotten agents to straight close disputes in my favor a couple times. At the very least you should be able to get in touch with someone who can go into more detail than your standard support agent.
