Worst position that procrastination has landed you? - Fugg - Nov 24, 2019 Just finished typing up a 1,200 word essay (final project, topic: how to milk a cow) in about 3 hours. Procrastination landed me with borderline carpel tunnel. Anyone have some procrastination stories they want to share? What is the worse position procrastinating has put you in? Did you come out on top? RE: Worst position that procrastination has landed you? - Psilocybe - Nov 24, 2019 During my senior year of High School, my entire class was required to write a 10 page essay on volunteerism & was given the entire school year to write it. I procrastinated it the entire year & ended up finally starting it a day before it was due (it was also finals week) so I had to sacrifice ~9 hours of study time to sloppily finish the essay. I got a B on it, which to this day I view as a win hahah. In retrospect, I should’ve finished it much earlier because the stress of having to cram it in was pretty bad RE: Worst position that procrastination has landed you? - Takehito Morokuzu - Nov 24, 2019 (Nov 24, 2019 04:49 PM)Psilocybe Wrote: During my senior year of High School, my entire class was required to write a 10 page essay on volunteerism & was given the entire school year to write it. It was a research paper so all the paraphrasing & direct quotes helped me out significantly! Professors at uni aren't so kind. Last essay he gave us 2 weeks to write. I wrote it the day before and scored a 95. Albeit, the class is very simple. I don't even own the textbook and I do just fine. Currently sitting at a community technical college. Not putting myself through years of debt for a diploma. Yet, maybe if I didn't procrastinate in highschool I would've had better college options. Never the less, I'm not really interested in moving away and living at college. I've already spent enough time living "away" from family (incarcerated). I love my city. I don't see the point in moving out of state, paying titution, etc etc. for what? Your core classes? lol. No thanks, I'll take them online and enjoy my freetime in my home city. I plan on knocking out most of my core online until it comes math. I will be able to complete Algebra online, but anything past that I prefer to have a physical teacher in a classroom setting. RE: Worst position that procrastination has landed you? - Moxxi - Nov 24, 2019 eh I procrastinate a lot in school and sometimes I have big projects and I dont start them soon enough and end up pulling an all nighter and trying to code on no sleep lol RE: Worst position that procrastination has landed you? - Unexplained - Nov 24, 2019 Running to class 30 mins late for a final test.. What is your major? RE: Worst position that procrastination has landed you? - uluda88 - Nov 24, 2019 in a federal penitentiary , was too lazy to destroy evidence and rather played league of legends RE: Worst position that procrastination has landed you? - Ivex - Nov 24, 2019 Did 3 essays in one night, starting at 11pm, finishing at 6am. That was last year just before Christmas. This year I have 5 essays due on that day. So I'm going to force myself to do 2 essays a day from the 30th of Nov (I have 6 essays due total in Dec). RE: Worst position that procrastination has landed you? - Moon Clown - Nov 24, 2019 I try not to procrastinate.. I don't have any papers or anything like that going on so I pretty much just get what I need to get done, done. Maybe once I didn't pick up my prescription when I was supposed to and had to go through some withdrawals.
