Most dropshippers don't do this because finding the right people to do it in China with cost transparency is near impossible.
My partner and I have access to multiple fulfillment centers in China, over 100 sourcing agents all over Asia, access to exclusive shipping lines (air) and exclusive shipping discounts (air and sea). My partner has done sourcing work for some of the biggest chain stores over the last 7 years. I've been helping him for the last year and am now ready to offer this service to dropshippers as part of a test for a platform we want to eventually build out.
This service can easily add 5-15% to your profit margins.
I will offer this service to anyone on here that has a volume of at least 300 pc/month of the same product.
I guarantee a better price than what you are getting right now. Both on sourcing and fulfillment.
You can either opt for product sourcing only (granted you have someone in China that can reship the item to your customers) or sourcing + fulfillment.
If you opt for fulfillment as well, quality check as a service (1 in 20) will be added for free.
Process:
- You let me know what your product is (you'll have to trust me with it, I can sign NDA) and current costs
- I check with my partner and the agents
- I quote you within 3 days
- We proceed
If you don't have the required 300 pc/month minimum volume, you'll have to pay for the research and negotiation process.

Only generic products, no big brands. This service is for dropshippers or people that are into Amazon FBA.
Selling branded items would be illegal, you can't really sell branded items on Shopify or Amazon unless the brand recognizes you as an authorized reseller.
Later on, if your product starts getting high volume we can private label it.

We've been shipping all throughout this coronavirus situation with private shipping lines. Had one dropshipper off-site scale to $600k/m thanks to this service.
