Just for the record I didnt want to do this, but after what happened yesterday I got annoyed and decided to share my negative experience with him.

It was just another casual day on HF CE section, where I was trying to sell £65 AGC.co.uk for 70% BTC https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6023980

After some time Roberto Scorpius Malfoy reached me, showed interested in my gift card and started asking questions about it, and some of those shouldnt be asked because they are pretty obvious but okay. Since he was a vendor with somewhat decent B-rating, I decided to deal with him.

I mean, it's pretty obvious what's the price from the thread subject but okay, let's forget about that and move on. After my calculations or 70% BTC in USD for £65 AGC.co.uk , which was farily precise, affordable, and with couple cents of discount, he sent me his calculations in next message:

My reaction was woah woah.. wait now, who am I dealing with? I should definitely be more careful with this guy. At that point, I decided not to go first with him as he seemed so unprofessional from the very start. But let's keep going.

Seriously? He thought it was 65 bucks? And he call himself a Vendor? Let's move on. The contract is created and we are about to do it. I was pleasantly surprised how fast he sent me BTC for that giftcard, didnt really expect that. He received the gift card seconds after . Now let's get to something that really bothers me. Once our deal was completed, I kindly asked him to complete our contract:

My request and myself got completely ignored by this user and I was like okay, maybe he's busy, maybe he's doing something really important. 7 days after, same request:

You know what happened? Absolutely nothing, yet another ignore. And after I saw that, I decided to give him a negative B-rating for deal we made, for a very good reason. Can you guess what happened next? He immediately magicaly shows up, rushes into our contract to give me negative B-rating ! Now take a closer look at what he said:

Since when are two simple questions within 7 days considered as a SPAM ? Clearly a lie and alse accusation !
When and where did I ask for a positive rep? Clearly a lie and false accusation !

At this point, I was so dissapointed because he ruined my B-rating. Well not necessarily ruined but it's not perfect anymore. I did nothing wrong yet I have a negative B, just because of his weird, childish, rude, unprofessinal, revengeul (lol?) behaviour.

But hey, the show doesnt stop here. Look what I have received 16 hours ago, and the whole reason why I opened this thread:

I told him I wont deal with him anymore because he did that negative B-rating on purpose, spreading lies about me. His response:

Really?

What the actual f...

And that was my negative experience with Roberto Scorpius Malfoy. And I posted this because at the end I know for a fact he doesnt care about me in any aspect of that word, yet hes dignity to come back and ask me for help. I will never EVER deal with him no matter what he does. Let me know your thoughts on this and yeah, sorry for the long thread 🤝

Wow not cool at all, I mean how hard it is to mark a contract complete? Literally takes seconds! Sorry you had to go through that I value my reputation highly myself so I how how annoyed you must be from that neg haha, even though you did nothing wrong. Dude sounds like a 'special' individual so don't let his nonsense get to you. Just imagine having through navigate through life with those capabilities! Lol. You're a good exchanger. Was a pleasure dealing with you when we exchanged. The whole thing was completed in a few minutes like it should be. :)

Edit looks like the guy has a storied history.

Regarding B-Rating. Both parties aren't forced to a Rating immediately after matking a contract as complete. A Positive B-Rating is put automatically after 15days if none has been put.

I believe this pertains to the accused not marking the contract as complete. Seems like 9 days after the deal the contract was still open and OP was still waiting for the accused to simply mark it as complete, the B-rating not entirely being relevant. It seems that only after OP left the accused a negative B-rating did the accused come in and complete the contract also leaving OP a negative B-rating.

I want to make sure that the money on my AGC account doesnt get reversed, like if the AGC is stolen and someone report it then the moeny will get removed from my account.

The deal gets completed when I recieves my stuff from Amazon.

I already recieved my staff and everything went smooth.

Didnt know that Pixel could make ppl feeling so sad, you clearly made this thread because you have 1 negative b rating, I could easily change it to green if you asked nicely.

I asked you nicely twice - you considered that as a spam. You are spreading lies about me, and telling people to DWC with me with no reason. The biggest irony is that you are constantly repeating that pixel doesnt bother you, then you could simply give me the positive or leave it blank, instead of revenge rep me again for no reason. Non off my cards ever get pulled back and it never will. But if by some miracle that happened to you, you could simply open a deal dispute and ask for a refund. Instead of being so toxic and childish. You even have guts to come back and ask me to deal again instead of giving me an apology for those shitty lies you made on cotract. Nothing more to say to you.

Thats not true, I purchased 30 messages from your shop and according to your website I was forced to create a contract.

You are still wrong when it comes to how Norwegian laws works, your sources you provides are not from the goverment.
