The only thing remotely close to this using RGH/jTag and even then, I don't think games are 100% free (though I could be wrong, because I think it allows the partial ability to play burned ROMs (games)) in which case you could download a game, burn it to a CD and pop it into your RGH/jTag-modded 360. ;)

the console has not yet been modified. is there any way to get on original console a game? i dont have money to buy nothing

Unfortunately the Live 'Gold' service is on a must-pay-to-use basis. There is no way around that, either.

Yeah it is super easy. For me I found a place that I could go to on a daily basis, I then proceeded to do manual labor. AFTER that I received a paycheck and then I bought Xbox Live Gold. It was super easy.
