Why there is no crypter in the market to evade window defender???runtime.even it doesn;t allow it to run it

just create a clean application which interacts with defender. You will need to get admin but it can be bypassed and controlled with powershell.

Windows defender without connection is not hard to bypass but with cloud enable it's other thing.

even with internet on is likely to bypass on dyncheck since the file is not conventional downloaded with a browser like a normal scenario adding zone id to the file which makes defender more paranoid

Windows defender always seems to detect my trojans..
