People always were looking for that. But I was wondering why is 'health and fitness' booming lately? It was booming already when the first affiliate campaigns started from click bank. Nowadays I see a lot of increasing 'CBD' and other marihuana related projects and influencers like Ignite from Dan Bilzerian (Poker / Women). Either way, I got what I need to continue. Only looking for 'bulk' pictures now that I can download without any royalties.

I thought this was always the case. Looking for that next 'healthy' tip or guide. Soup diets, vegetarian diets, fitness plans, bigger muscles, thinner waste, etc. Either way, I will look for some mass image grabber and see if I can get some royalty free photos to post at Insta.

Organic food popularity has increased over the past few years. the organic food industry will continue to increase opening a whole host of opportunities in this segment.

I won't choose organic food as a niche. Too less interests in that to keep the posts up and coming for a long period of time.
I'll go with health or perhaps some kind of 'general' food. I have a great idea / example to make a beautiful instagram layout.

From my personal experience, I'd say that memes/funny accounts grow very quickly.
I had a 280k+ meme instagram account and it grew like crazy and had very good engagement.

I second this. Even if you repost old memes, it's still good. People will still have a laugh. If you do fitness niche, people won't like seeing the same old tips and unless you are an athlete yourself it's unlikely that you will have to give any solid advice.
