Upwork Freelancing - Cloaked. - Dec 15, 2019

So last week I started looking for work on Upwork. I managed to snatch 2 quick jobs rounding at a $45 in total and while I do consider I was lucky to grab them (first come first served basis I believe) I'm curious about switching full time on it.
I got some questions and before posting them, here's a little quick back-story to tone the answers.
I'm from a country where the monthly paycheck is $325. Me and my SO live together and she got laid off recently so we're looking for alternatives. Combined, we earn $1070 monthly. I used to do CPA and earn sometimes double that amount per month.
So here are the questions:

1. Has anyone tried Upwork before for longer periods of time? Or any other Freelancing websites?
2. Can freelancing on Upwork for example be enough in the near future to sustain two lazy gamers sitting on their couch daily? And a cat. We also own a cat who eats a lot. She's pretty chonky, we should probably feed it less so the costs would drop by $2 monthly.
3. If no is the answer to both of the questions above, what would you think would work as an online method to earn money and just work from home in the future? I'm thinking about CPA again. We used to get along well.

That's what I want to know for now. Also, maybe we could discuss a bit in detail about freelancing work in general.

If you're good at what you're doing, you can make money easily, plus you'll get a reputation, which will let you bid higher and earn more, because a lot of people/companies don't always look at the price, but quality instead.

1. Yes, there are other platforms to find jobs
2. Yes but one project is not enough, you need to have 2 or 3 projects
3. Try CPA combine with ewhoring

Maybe if you live in a country where the average wage is quite low, but it's barely do-able if you're European/American. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a side hustle.
