Hello, I wonder if users here still play OSRS and if they are making bank.
I would like to earn enough gold to normally play the game, but I always end up losing my gold and my membership...

Do slayer, or do mindnumbing tasks for hours upon hours to make money. Don't buy the best gear unless there is a reason behind it that saves you a lot of money. Slower gameplay = more money saved.

What do you spend most of your time in-game doing? Skilling? Murdering small creatures? Or are you more of a storyline kind of guy - like to do quests?

Runecrafting, farming, slayer, high risk PKing, staking (don't recommend it), bossing, demonic gorillas, raids, running several alts that smelt cannonballs, etc. Oldschool.Runescape.Wiki has a pretty comprehensive guide.

I didn't really play any OSRS last year, but I did enjoy flipping items at the G.E. though.
I invested in Swift (sword swifts or whatever) and ended up flipping them for 1.7m higher than I bought them for, each!
Sold 20M a long while ago and left my account for what it is. Perhaps I'll play in the future once I'm really bored again.

id probably kill myself before i did runecrafting or slayer to make gp, do something you enjoy like risk fighting or if you dont have good stats make a baby pure and go nhing.

F2P PKing is relatively simple, doesn't require fantastic stats and makes decent money too.

I have base 70 stats main,
going for 75 ranged then 75 mage.

You won't be making much at all with 70s base stats. I'd say go for AT LEAST 85 in all. Just AFK in NMZ for a week or so.

I know, I'm currently making like 300k per hour while afking ranged.
I write my own scripts and or modify existing to work for me.

Botting is still a thing. If your looking to purely make money. Look around invest a little money on bots that work and some membership accounts.

Ban rates are stupidly high, with JMODs actively monitoring botfarms. Mobile botting with Bluestacks is "safer" but still carries a big risk.

My base stats are "ALL" skills at lvl 70+
