donated $1000 at the angel tree - Who Soup - Dec 15, 2019

Every year at Christmas the Salvation Army has a thing where you can buy gifts for kids in need.  This year I chose to buy 2 kids gifts; $500 game stop gift cards each.  If you have the ability, I would highly encourage you to buy a gift for someone in need this year.

Hope you guys have a wonderful holiday season 🤝

Meanwhile I'm donating for people's funerals and not making threads about it. Not even sure why I mention it, but I guess this will be a reality for many people because it's the time of year again when lots of people just die.

gtfo my thread scrub, you're a charity case and I never want to see your name pop up on one of my threads again.

Oh, it's you again. Hell I didn't even know you were still around. Nice to see you haven't forgotten about your little mishaps in the programming section though! I completely did.

This is awesome man. We donated our work Christmas party a few years ago to go clear out a similar tree that benefits people in old folks homes. Reading what these people were asking for was saddening. It was mostly just basic essentials stuff like a razor or toothbrush. We cleared the entire tree with company funds then created our own funds pool to get them some extras. Really felt the spirit that year.
