I learned this method a while ago from a friend, and decided to type it up to share and give back to the community! With this method, you can create a verified PayPal account, without needing to link a card or bank account. It also shouldn't get restricted or anything randomly. Hope this is beneficial to you! Only way that's acceptable is adding a bank account or a credit card by PP's terms. Therefore, I'm not going to allow you to share it due to potential fraud.
