Edit main thread post - ✦ Heisenberg ✦ - Jan 3, 2020
Hey.
We updated one of our product(Gmail related) and wanted to edit the main post.
Every time there was a update I could make an edit.
But now the edit option is no longer available.
How can I go ahead with editing the main post with changes?
Should I pm one of the staff members?
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to put the product thread link here.

A sales tag or Vendor upgrade will allow additional edits to a main post.
Nobody should ever PM a staff member or admin in attempt to gain additional site features.

A thread Sticky should also be able to give you additional edits if i'm correct.

Thanks for the reply.
Still main thread editing is necessary, else lot of information will be ancient as time goes for a product.
Customers who may buy from non-vendors may also be misinformed.

That's your current options. If you're profiting from sales coming from HF, you also might wanna consider investing a bit by buying a sales tag, to investing in getting Vendor for unlimited edits.

Fair Enough.
But, this particular product(Gmail PVA creator), had very less sales here.
In total we have crossed 250+ sales of which mainly comes from 2 other forums and sneaker,raffle cook groups in discord.
The sales here are very minimal probably because of contract system in place.
But I still like to come in and update my post everytime as its my duty to do when we have some change.
What is sales tag btw?

Correct. Sticky and sales tag have unlimited edits for the duration of it. If you purchase vendor then you have unlimited forever.

Or maybe because there is no interest in your product? Or maybe because you didn't put enough effort in sales pitch? Or maybe..? There are so many factors that go into making a sale that are far more important than contract system "being a block". If you want even faster purchase times, then you need vendor templates which you can get after you purchase vendor upgrade.
